1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jayu9 ("jayu9", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jayu9 website located at jayu9.net and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live casino streaming, promotional offers, and payment processing services.

By accessing jayu9.net, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jayu9 platform. jayu9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of jayu9 services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jayu9 strictly prohibits access by minors. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party in accessing or using jayu9 services.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or consultant of jayu9 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from jayu9 or any affiliated platform during an active self-exclusion period.

jayu9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Accepted documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending the outcome of the verification process.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jayu9 services — including placing bets, participating in promotions, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number.

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active jayu9 account at any given time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jayu9 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate account(s), forfeit any bonuses credited to those accounts, and, in cases of suspected deliberate fraud, suspend all associated accounts pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jayu9 account credentials, including your username and password. jayu9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account — this feature is available in your account security settings and requires a one-time SMS code sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number upon each login. You must notify jayu9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. jayu9 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of jayu9 must be truthful and accurate. jayu9 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including but not limited to a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jayu9 supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) online banking, and USDT. All financial transactions on jayu9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at jayu9 is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad. Deposits are generally credited to your jayu9 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. jayu9 does not charge a platform-level fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jayu9 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jayu9, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• You will use jayu9 for personal entertainment purposes only and will not use the platform for any commercial purpose.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jayu9 in a manner that is not available to ordinary users through the standard platform interface.
• You will not attempt to exploit any bug, error, or technical malfunction in the jayu9 platform. If you discover a bug that could provide an unfair advantage, you are required to report it to [email protected] promptly. Any winnings generated by exploiting a known or discovered bug may be forfeited.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing account access to gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the jayu9 platform or its underlying software infrastructure in any way.
• You will not use jayu9 to engage in any activity that violates applicable law, including fraud, money laundering, or the financing of illegal activities.
• You will not make any defamatory, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications through any jayu9 communication channel, including customer support.

Any breach of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jayu9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found, on reasonable grounds, to have breached these obligations, and to withhold any balance on that account pending investigation.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

jayu9 may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation when requested.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Voluntary request by the player to self-exclude under jayu9's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in jayu9's inactivity policy, which may result in dormancy fees being applied before eventual closure.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact jayu9 support at [email protected]. Upon account closure at the player's request, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

jayu9 supports responsible gaming through a formal self-exclusion programme. Players who believe that their gambling may be causing harm may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinitely. 8. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data or corruption of account information.
• Service interruption, downtime, or technical malfunction beyond jayu9's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

jayu9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jayu9 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and events outside jayu9's control — including but not limited to internet service disruptions, mobile network outages in Bangladesh, or acts of force majeure — may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. jayu9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
